Philanthropy

 Since the early nineties Jayme and Michael Rhoads have been consistent and substantial donors to a wide variety of academic, cultural and safety net charities. Their generosity has benefited worthy organizations from local Berks and Lancaster counties in Pennsylvania, to national charities supporting lifetime education and families in crisis. Both have lent their time and energy to numerous management challenges within the philanthropic community. 

 Jayme is currently the Chairperson of the Board at the WCR Center for the Arts in Reading, PA, spearheading a revitalization of this important cultural venue for premier music and the arts.    

 Michael is currently a tenured Board member of the Reading Public Museum, and serves on the Collections and Development Committees. This dynamic regional museum has a wide ranging collection and a lauded focus on American Impressionist art. The institution also hosts a deep educational program for both children and lifetime learners.
